The laboratory service serves its members by performing physical and chemical analyzes for various specification tests of the products included in the Quotation. Fiber cotton analysis, Grain Analysis, Aflatoxin Analysis, oil and protein analyzes are carried out in the laboratory of our Exchange.
In order to meet the cotton fiber analysis needs of our members and to contribute to the single bale control system, which is the most important problem of the sector, our Exchange carries out Fiber Cotton Analysis with the latest technology HVI 1000 device, which determines all the properties of cotton in a short time. In our Fiber Cotton Analysis Laboratory, all quality parameters such as fiber diameter, strength, fiber length, flexibility, short fiber index, spinnability, color and foreign matter can be performed in a very short time with the latest technology HVI 1000 device.
With NIR/NIT, the hectoliter, moisture and protein values of the samples are determined, with the Laboratory Mill, flour is obtained for sedimentation and gluten tests.
Our Aflatoxin Analysis Laboratory serves our members in order to determine the amount of aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1, G2 and total aflatoxin amount) in the products included in the listing of our Exchange.
