HUMAN RESOURCES AND PURCHASING

The duties of the Human Resources Service can be briefly summarized as follows:

Organizes and keeps the personnel files of the personnel, also follows the personnel affairs such as promotion, registration, leave, retirement and leaving,
Ensures that the newly recruited personnel start and complete the entry procedures and orientation trainings.
Ensures the determination of the annual training needs of the personnel.
Maintains and evaluates training records.
Organizes personnel satisfaction surveys on an annual basis.
Controls the compliance of the personnel with the working hours. (Finger recognition device tracking)
Plans and carries out studies to increase the number and quality of the manpower that will work in the Exchange, the success and level of compliance of the employees.
