HUMAN RESOURCES AND PURCHASING
The duties of the Human Resources Service can be briefly summarized as follows:
* Organizes and keeps the personnel files of the personnel, also follows the personnel affairs such as promotion, registration, leave, retirement and leaving,
* Ensures that the newly recruited personnel start and complete the entry procedures and orientation trainings.
* Ensures the determination of the annual training needs of the personnel.
* Maintains and evaluates training records.
* Organizes personnel satisfaction surveys on an annual basis.
* Controls the compliance of the personnel with the working hours. (Finger recognition device tracking)
* Plans and carries out studies to increase the number and quality of the manpower that will work in the Exchange, the success and level of compliance of the employees.
